Over the last 25 years we have had the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of landscape solutions. Please enjoy this gallery with some of our recent projects complete with photos and details of the process.
The Summerside Beach Club
When these ash trees are larger they will create a nice shaded pathway.
The final grade is done and the sod is ready to be laid.
When the sod is laid it can not dry out. And the trees need to be deep root watered.
With this great playground the kids can have fun at the beach.
Smaller playgrounds are all along the beach.
It took many truck loads of soft beach sand to fill in the beach.
The hardy onamental grasses between the rocks also give something of intest in winter months under the snow.
Willow are good trees for moist areas and add color with its yellow bark.
Creating a wind row of trees and shrubs blocks the wind on those windy days making it warmer to swim.
Hardy shrubs with bright red leaves and twigs make the boring medians more attractive.
Finishing the fence around the tennis courts.
The large balled and burlap trees are ready to be planted. When they are sitting it is very important that the roots balls are kept moist.
Once the tree spade digs the holes the trees are planted and 3-4" of park mulch is added to the bed.
The beds are complete and the top soil is raked.
The sod is laid around the mulch beds making sure there is no mulch under the sod. The sod is watered regularly to ensure that it knits to the soil.
