Safety Program
Classic Landscapes is committed to the protection of both people and property by maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. In accordance with industry standards and legislative requirements, we will strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards, which may result in property damage, accidents, or personal injury/illness.
We maintain a current Certificate of Recognition (COR) and are members of the Partnerships in Injury Reduction (PIR) program which is a joint initiative with Workplace Health and Safety, the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA), and the Workers Compensation Board (WCB).
Management, supervisors, and workers share in the responsibility to promote and institute all safety practices and procedures. We believe that accidental loss can be controlled through good management in combination with active employee involvement. All management activities will comply with company safety requirements as they relate to the planning, operation, and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
