HOLDS

   Unpaid Merchandise: We will hold unpaid merchandise for up to 1 business day. Discounted or clearance merchandise is not eligible to be put on hold.

   Paid Merchandise: Products that have been selected and purchased will be placed in our holding area, and tagged as sold. We will hold purchased products for up to 7 days.

   Live Plant Material: Purchased potted plant material may be held for up to 7 days. Larger caliper (basketed) trees may be held up to 14 days. After the hold period, an ongoing care fee will be applied.

   Sod: Purchases are on a first-come first-serve basis as our sod arrives each day. Account holders may pre-order for pickup by placing a request before 1:00 PM the previous business day. Advance orders for delivery may be placed at any time, based on availability.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

   ■ Refunds within 30 days with original receipt only.

   ■ No refunds on sod, plant material, precut material, special orders, clearance items or gift certificates.

   Sod & Concrete Pallet Deposits: Pallets to be returned in good, undamaged condition with the original receipt. Pallets will be accepted at any location to receive the deposit refund.

   Gift cards or certificates are non-refundable. Cards will not be replaced if altered, lost, stolen, or destroyed. Cards do not expire and remain valid until redeemed.

CLASSIC TREE AND SHRUB WARRANTY

   We warranty trees and shrubs for one year*.

   ■ Follow the plant guide.

   ■ In the case of a claim, send pictures** of the affected plant to: [email protected] to begin the (one time only) claim.

   ■ Pictures must be of the plant in the original area it was planted in.

   ■ Customers must have an acorn account in-store for the warranty to be active.
