Rules and Policies for Stockpiles:

On-site Safety

• Compliance with all traffic laws including posted speed limits.
• All trucks leaving our stockpiles are to be inspected by the driver to ensure their truck is free of excess product. Drivers must tarp all loads exiting our stockpiles.
• Speed limit on site is not to exceed 10 km/h.

Payment and Pickup

• Stockpile Staff do not accept or carry payment options for customers.
  • All payments must be purchased through a Classic Gardens location in advance and confirmed by the Stockpiles Manager for availability.
• Customers MUST provide proof of purchase at the time of pickup.
• Minimum purchase and pickup is 4 cubic yards (buckets of loaders at stockpiles are 4 cubic yards)
  • Cannot pay for 4 cubic yards and take 1 at a time over multiple trips.
  • There are challenges associated with achieving precise measurements when loading materials using large loader buckets. While we strive for accuracy in all our operations and make every effort to load the requested quantities as accurately as possible, there may be instances where the loaded amounts deviate slightly from the specified values.

Following these rules help ensure high quality service and safety for not only our patrons, but also the communities surrounding our stockpiles.
