Policies regarding Sod Reversation & Holding:
- Reservation Period: Same day pickup for sod is subject to availabliity at the designated pickup location. Next day pickup for sod must be purchased before 2:00 PM to day previous. Sod will be held for an agreed time. If not picked up within this period, the reservation may be canceled without refund.
- Sod Quality: We aim for high-quality sod but can't guarantee its condition upon collection due to weather and storage.
- Payment: Full payment will be required upfront, non-refundable.
- Collection: Sod must be collected within the agreed timeframe from the designated location: Classic Gardens Ellerslie OR Classic Gardens Sherwood Park.
- Weather Changes: Please note that weather conditions may affect the availability and quality of sod. We cannot be held responsible for any changes caused by weather events.
- Changes/Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing and may have associated fees.
- Contact Us: If you encounter any problems with the sod upon collection, please contact us immediately to address the issue.
