The perfect gift, these Venus Flytraps are easy to care for and are a cool looking addition to any plant collection in a study glass terrarium.
Light: You can grow them on a bright windowsill (East facing) or outside in summer, not strong sumer sun but not in full shade.
Water: Carnivorous plants do no like extra nutrients and minerals in their soil. Use only distilled, reverse osmosis, or rain water; NO tap water.
Feeding: In most cases, Venus Flytraps can catch all the bugs they need. They receive their energy from the sun and only need the insects to attain the minerals and nutrients. Plants grown in a terrarium will attract small insects if an opening is provided.
